Our products are manufactured to order and are entirely bespoke. Therefore, we will be unable to accept any returns.
You may return any pictures found to be damaged on arrival providing:
- You tell us that you wish to return your order within 3 days by a clear statement using the reply function on our order acknowledgment email. We will confirm receipt of your email.
- Items are returned in original condition, in the original packaging and within 14 days of receipt.
- Your shipping receipt is sent to us using the reply function on our order acknowledgment email.
A replacement will be supplied, and you will be refunded your shipping costs.
